interlocking edge that fit/snap securely together.Mechanical
interlocking prevents deformation and “oil canning”when individual
panels are welded together along their vertical height.The
patented MODULOCD® collecting electrode was developed
specially to achieve exact plate alignment tolerances and
structural integrity.Extensive testing has proven its superior
ability to transmit rapping energy and its clean ability under
all types of service conditions and plate heights.

RIGITRODE®is also EEC’s patented
technology ,is a trouble free discharge electrode system.It
is fabricated from structural tubing with uniformly spaced
corona studs welded to the surface.The studs annealed to prevent
fatigue cracking,are spaced along the electroke length to
optimizes the voltage/current relationship.Furthermore,its
design minimizes arcing and allows considerably elevated voltage
before sparkover occurs.

EEC’s rapper is a single impulse
gravity impact device,its rapping intensity and frequency
controlled by microprocessor,which can be adjusted on-line.This
feather is particularly useful for installations,which have
variable process conditions.
EEC’s rapper are mounted on the top of precipitator ,No lubrication
or periodic maintenancein service life,maintenance or replacement
is simple and can be completed on-line.Rapper coil sealed
in the structural tubing,isolated from atmosphere by epoxy,which
can provide a longer life.
